Since the 1950s, the Jahalin Bedouin have lived in the desert valleys. In the mid-1990s, a decision by the Israeli government to expand the settlement of Ma'ale Adumim resulted in a series of evictions.
The life of the Dandees family has changed since the demolition of their home by the Jerusalem Municipality, which claims that it was built without a permit.
Muchsan lives in Shuafat refugee camp. From his rooftop, he can look at the white houses of the neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev. When Muchsan is notified that his house is about to be demolished, something inside him breaks.
Summer 2005. Documenting theroutine of passages in the separation wall in Abu Dis, only ten minutes from downtown Jerusalem.
